The Thankful Leper (Luke 17:11-19)

Remember when we learned about the 10 lepers that lived outside of the city?

They had to carry a bell to let people know they were walking through.

They must have felt really sad away from their family.

When they heard Jesus was coming they begged Him to cure them. He did... and how many came back to say thanks?

Yup! only one came back to thank Him, to the surprise of everyone it was a Samaritan.

Were Samaritans friends of the Israelite (God's people)?

Let's always remember to thank God for everything He gives us EVERYDAY.
